LANGUAGE POLICY
One of the selection criteria is the student's command of the language needed, but we will also take into account their capacity to improve their language skills with the on-line tool offered by the Programme.
Both partner institutions or organizations will agree on the proficiency level the students and staff required and should use the on-line tool to get it.
About six months before the mobility takes place, we will ensure that outgoing mobile participants are well prepared for the mobility by organizing discussion groups about differences between home and host countries and culture. We will also use netwoking for that purpose. We will invite former mobile staff and students to share their experience.
For future incoming participants,we will offer academic and contact support during the whole mobility period (to inform students about rights and responsibilities, exams, marking criteria, complaint procedures, etc) and to foster their integration. A student card will be issued for them. We will invite them to take part in our extracurricular activities.
We will offer both academic mentors and staff members to help them overcome any personal problem that may arise. Details of the whole support system will be available in our website.
For internships, a mentor, different from the supervisor will be nominated for support: information, airport collection, insurance, travel, culture, accomodation, monitoring, health, personal contact mobile
